State Rep. Ken Borton today encouraged residents of the 105th House District to get in contact with his legislative office, emphasizing the importance of building connections with the community and staying on top of pressing issues.
“Local residents know their communities better than anyone, and their experiences and perspectives matter,” said Borton (R-Gaylord). “I strongly encourage community members to reach out to my office to share their concerns and ask questions. When I hear directly from the people I represent, it helps ensure that the voices of Northern Michigan remain a central part of the conversations happening in Lansing.”
Borton represents the 105th House District, which covers Crawford, Missaukee, Otsego, and Roscommon counties, as well as parts of Antrim, Kalkaska, and Oscoda counties. After Tuesday’s election, Borton will continue to serve the district for another two years starting in January.
“Whether it’s a concern affecting your family, your business, or your community, I encourage you to get in touch,” Borton said. “Public service is ultimately about staying connected with the people we serve. My office is here to listen and help wherever we can.”
Borton’s office can be reached at (517) 373-0829 or by email at KenBorton@house.mi.gov.
